Jr. League of Elizabeth-Plainfield The Junior League of Elizabeth-Plainfield is an organization of women committed to promoting voluntarism, developing the potential of women, and improving communities through the effective action and leadership of trained volunteers. Its purpose is exclusively educational and charitable. New to the area, looking for a better work/life balance, or just want to meet new people? The Westfield Welcome Club is a social organization which provides a variety of activities for women and their families. It's a great way to meet women in Westfield and the surrounding areas! Membership is open to women living in Westfield and the surrounding areas. We currently have members in Berkeley Heights, Clark, Cranford, Fanwood, Garwood, Roselle Park, Scotch Plains, and Westfield. Come join us! We look forward to meeting you.
The Newcomers Club of Westfield Are you new to the Westfield area? Looking to connect with others in our community? Want to participate in fun social events, pursue new or existing interests or just get involved? The Mountainside Newcomers Club would love to have you join us! Whether you're new to our area, or you've lived here for years and enjoy meeting new people, we have something to offer you. Our primary goal is to enrich the lives of all our members by providing varied social activities throughout the year where our members can meet new people and socialize with new friends. Additionally, we offer numerous ways to give back to the community through our Community Affairs activities. Scotch Plains - Fanwood Newcomers Club The Scotch Plains - Fanwood Newcomers' Club is a non-profit social organization offering daytime and evening activities for women and their children. The Club welcomes new residents as well as those who have been through a recent lifestyle change such as a marriage, a new baby, or change of employment. During the year, current members plan and organize activities for 20 interest groups. Some of the activities include the following: book discussions, bowling, bunko, caregivers, cooking, couples social, ladies night out, playgroups, scrapbooking, toddler adventures and weekend gathering. Mothers Center of Central New Jersey The Mothers' Center is a non-profit, non-sectarian organization founded in 1978 by mothers to help other mothers of children of all ages. We offer support and discussion groups, evening parent education workshops, social activities, playgroups, library resources... and friendship! |
